I have another vampire obsession. This time it’s the HBO series True Blood. I watched all 12 episodes of season 1 (in 3 days!) and love it. I love the grittiness of it, the dark humour, the sleaziness and although he’s no Edward Cullen, am quite fond of the lead vampire Bill Compton.
Am even more fond of the sadistic boss guy vampire Eric Northman. Yum.
Anyway, my musical Monday song this week is the song from the opening credits. “Bad Things” by Jace Everett:

Still haven’t watched True Blood - might need to get you to put the series onto disc for me. It seems to be a bit sporadic on FX - i’m not sure if they’re recording in order or anything!
I have the soundtrack too.. there are a few dodgy things but overall the soundtrack is just like watching the show, I especially love track 2 it was written for the show.
